With unwavering passion, Tim is committed to innovation, quality, team building, and exceeding customers’ expectations. After 20 years in the new single-family business, Tim co-founded Cardel Lifestyles in 1999 to focus on high-quality affordable condos and townhomes. In 2017, with his sons Brayden and Kevin and brother Brad on the team, Tim founded and launched Logel Homes as the new brand for the company. Today, Logel Homes is the multi-family market leader in Calgary for sales, awards, and customer satisfaction. Logel Homes is open daily in 6 projects and will open in another 6 locations in Calgary and Canmore in 2024.

Leo oversees the finance and accounting functions and is involved in the development of Logel Homes’ business strategy. He joined the company in 2019, bringing with him extensive experience as the Manager of Financial Analysis at a prominent North American real estate developer. Leo also had a four-year tenure at KPMG within their audit practice. A Chartered Accountant, Leo earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia. Leo values spending quality time with his wife and friends and enjoys engaging in outdoor activities such as skiing or golfing during his leisure time.

As the Corporate Controller and member of the Executive team, Maria has contributed close to four years of dedicated service to Logel Homes. With a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Calgary, she has further distinguished herself by obtaining the CPA designation through her articling at PwC. With over a decade of experience in operations and manufacturing, her expertise covers areas such as process optimization, internal controls, and audit management. Originally from Santiago, Chile, Maria moved to Calgary as a teenager, and is now a proud parent to two young children. She enjoys outdoor activities, playing the guitar and getting in a workout whenever possible.

Ryan has been sharing his construction expertise with Logel Homes for 13 years and counting. He has an extensive background in civil engineering, control systems, and heavy-duty mechanics, which have all coalesced within a robust career in condo development. Early in his career Ryan spent time doing HVAC work for commercial buildings and multifamily homes, as well as exterior finishes on single family homes. Since then, he has primarily been focussed on condo and townhome construction. Born and raised in Nelson, and now calling Calgary home, Ryan loves hiking, golf, concerts and spending time on the slopes with his family.

Sharing his father Tim’s passion for the customer experience and homebuilding, Kevin executes both on this vision and the quality that our customers experience. With a background in construction education and finishing carpentry, he brings a wealth of knowledge to each building process, from start to finish. A proud Calgarian, born and raised, Kevin is an avid golfer, long distance runner, and snowboarder – Activities he enjoys with his wife, friends, and family.

Logel Homes’ Senior Estimating Manager Danny Stone has been with the company for over 12 years. With history in the service department and as an Assistant Site Supervisor, Danny enjoys working towards the moment when customers are introduced to their new homes. Now making his own home in Calgary after having lived in both Australia and the US, Danny, his wife, and their four kids love the outdoors and spending time in the mountains whenever possible. Danny is also a chef in training when he’s not dropping his children off to take part in all sorts of athletic activities.

With a passion for people, she recently attained her CPHR designation, and is also part of the HR BILD committee. Tatenda grew up in Zimbabwe and Zambia but now calls southeast Calgary home. She enjoys working on DIY projects around the house and trying out new recipes.

As a believer in continuous personal development, he is currently completing a Real Estate Development and Leadership certification at the U of C. In addition to his educational background, Reilly also has great hands-on experience building spec homes with his dad in Christopher Lake, Saskatchewan, where he is originally from. Reilly loves spending time with his wife and young son, going snowboarding, and pretending he’s a chef for friends and family.

In her spare time she enjoys live music and spending time at the lake with her husband and family.

He has been with the company since 2023 but has 12 years of experience in single and multifamily construction. Braeden holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary and a Residential Construction Management Certificate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. This background has honed his attention to detail and commitment to quality, which is well reflected in the homes he builds. Braeden is a family man with a beautiful baby girl, and in his spare time he enjoys hiking, traveling and building memories with his family.

Dave has spent almost eight years working for Logel Homes, and currently holds the position of Customer Care & Warranty Manager. On his way to attaining the role of Master Warranty Specialist, Dave built up a breadth of expertise in building science principles, construction performance guidelines, energy efficiency, and both construction and moisture control fundamentals. A Cochrane resident living with his wife and daughter, Dave is a frequent road tripper, avid paddleboarder, and has recently become a “Horse Dad” while supporting his daughter’s passion for riding.

Greg has been with Logel Homes since April 2021 and holds the position of Project Manager. He has plenty of hands-on-experience in residential construction and has worked as Site Superintendent in both Canada and Poland, where he is originally from. In his spare time Greg enjoys being with his wife and two daughters. He also does some basic woodworking projects around the house and spends as much time as he can outside practicing photography and traveling.
