Senior Sales Associate
Join Logel Homes as a Senior Sales Associate, where you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving home sales from first contact through possession. This role supports the Area Sales Manager in managing the full sales cycle within an assigned community while contributing senior‑level insight, mentorship, and professionalism within the sales centre.
The Senior Sales Associate is a trusted partner in achieving sales targets, managing buyer expectations, supporting team development, and maintaining Logel Homes’ reputation for excellence.
Duties
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Area Sales Manager by managing the full home sales lifecycle, from lead engagement through contract execution, possession, and closing.
- Drive sales performance through consistent prospect follow‑up, strong closing discipline, and a high standard of customer experience.
- Serve as a visible site leader, modeling professionalism, customer service excellence, and adherence to Logel Homes’ sales standards and procedures.
- Prepare, review, and maintain sales contracts, customer files, upgrades documentation, and CRM records with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Contribute to sales reporting, pipeline management, and projections to support monthly and annual sales targets.
- Act as a key point of support for customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely communication and effective resolution.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and onboarding Sales Associates and Assistants to strengthen overall team capability.
- Maintain strong market awareness, including pricing trends, interest rates, resale activity, and competitor offerings, to support informed buyer conversations.
- Participate in product launches, show home events, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and customer experience.
- Uphold health and safety standards and model safe work practices in alignment with company policy.
May include other duties or special projects as assigned by the Area Sales Manager.
Certification
Experience & Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2+ years of new‑home sales experience, including single‑family, townhome, and/or multi‑family residential environments.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospect engagement through contract execution, possession, and closing.
- Experience preparing and administering purchase and sale agreements and related sales transaction documentation.
- Formal sales and/or customer service training, with a proven ability to deliver a confident, professional buyer experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust, credibility, and long‑term customer relationships.
- Proven record of sales performance, sound professional judgment, and effectiveness in a customer‑facing role.
- High school diploma required.
The following experience is considered an asset:
- In‑depth knowledge of multi‑family or condominium sales, including the Condominium Property Act, condo bylaws, condo corporations, and fee structures.
- Exposure to product launches, show home parades, or new community openings.
- Post‑secondary education in sales, marketing, real estate, or a related field; PHBI Sales Professional Certification.
- Experience using HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines and customer data.
