Calgary builders recognized for best customer experiences

For the sixth year in a row, Logel Homes has taken home the H.O.M.E Award for Best Customer Service, multi-family large volume builder (116-plus homes per year).

“Now in our 10th year, the H.O.M.E. (Home Owner Mark of Excellence) Awards celebrate those companies that have achieved exceptional customer experience scores throughout 2019, as rated only by their clients,” says Christian Caswell, director and founder of CustomerInsight, which originated and manages the awards. “H.O.M.E. is a difficult achievement for companies because the only judge in the Best Customer Experience Award is the customer on two significant touch-points, satisfaction one month after possession and 13 months after possession. Companies meeting a minimum 70 percent customer satisfaction requirement move on to compete head-to-head against their peers in each of their markets for their excellence in driving remarkable customer experiences.”

Builders competing for Builder of Choice are also evaluated by their trade/supply partners and internal employees.

“Builders must deliver on their promises and follow through on one-year obligations to the customer while at the same time, treating people as part of the team, not an easy task,” says Caswell.

“I am thrilled that we have now won this special award six years in a row,” says Tim Logel, president and CEO of Logel Homes. “After 40 years in the housing business, having a consistent focus on exceeding customers’ expectations remains a top goal.

“Our dedicated teams worked together on our customer experience plan, and the results have been very rewarding for both the team and customers. Exceptional customer experiences and positive feedback help us with the important strategy decisions we make each year and we have seen improvements in all aspects of the business.”

There was another big winner under the Logel roof. Brayden Logel was named the CustomerInsight’s Industry Ambassador of the Year – Western Canada.

“It is certainly something I’m proud of achieving, but what’s more, I’m incredibly proud of the entire Logel Homes’ team for their relentless commitment to our customers,” says Brayden. “It’s because of their hard work and dedication to our homeowners that I’ve been recognized and I’m proud of everything we’ve been able to accomplish together.”
